Below is a list of commonly asked questions and a tiny bit about who we are. If you have any other questions or feedback of any kind, we do welcome it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are you ? - We are a family-run company who want to make high-quality items for a market that we think can use something a little bit different. We use high quality materials that we have sourced and trialled ourselves. Although our twin boys are still too young to help out, they show their support by hanging many, many pictures in their room!

 

Is payment secure? - Yes. We use Google Checkout (a third party organisation who provide secure online payment for thousands of individuals and companies). This company is owned by Google and is therefore part of one of the largest organisations in the world.

How long will it be until I receive the artwork? - Within 14 days. However, this varies depending on workload and often it will be much quicker. If you want to hurry something through then please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

 

How do you send the canvases? - We use Royal Mail standard parcel service. Royal Mail state that this takes between 3-5 days to deliver. The canvases are packed protectively in bubblewrap and sealed in special boxes made for our artwork.

 

Can I return or exchange products? We spend time checking every product before it goes out (every one is hand-made to order), however, things can occasionally get damaged in transit. If this is the case, we will be happy to exchange the item.

Unfortunately, because we do hand-make every item to the information you provide us, we cannot exchange items once they are complete, due to spelling mistakes you have made during your order. Please let us know of any concerns - we are more than happy to discuss our products.
